We ship all our items via Royal Mail, Parcelforce and UKMail. Our options offer affordability for the products purchased via our website ensuring the most competitive shipping options for all our customers.
With UKMail now part of the DHL network, we can ship parcels of any size and weight around the globe whilst still remaining affordable.
With many of our UK postage for expensive items, such as new radios. We can provide you with 1 hr delivery slot window to ensure you don't miss your parcels.
It is the customer responsibility to make sure there is someone at your property to receive the goods on the day of delivery. If there is nobody at the given address when the delivery is made, a second delivery may well be made by the company or details left on how to collect your goods.
Communic8 Hire Ltd will not be held responsible for delivery charges incurred as a result of a failed delivery attempt following the initial delivery effort made by the given courier. Should goods be returned to us upon failed delivery. We reserve the right to charge the 2nd postage charge of £18 plus weight fees as we're held responsible for a returned goods charge.
You must notify us within 24 hours of the signed for or delivered status notification being given if you have not received your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received outside of this period.
Economy delivery is provided to low value orders and a tracking number is not always available. Communic8 Hire reserve the right to not consider deliveries as lost until 14 working days has passed since the item was dispatched. Once this time is up, we will escalate the claim to the given courier but reserve the right to re-issue the chosen items until the claim procedure has been completed with the given courier.
You have the right to cancel a purchase or return a purchase within 30 days of receiving your order providing all packaging is in tact as delivered originally. Unless the items are faulty, the buyer is responsible for return postage fees. Please ensure you keep proof of postage once you have returned your items to us. Refunds will only be processed once the goods are returned and inspected.
Please note. Earpieces and microphones are excluded from the right to be returned due to the health and safety hygiene reasons attached to these goods.
