To showcase the range of company services we provide, we have spent around 6 months of planning, drawing and thinking into how to deliver the best customer experience to all our website visitors.
We wanted to offer a website that takes all the hard work away from you finding what you want and trying to put everything at hand, whether it's via our interactive footer or areas of our website displaying a multi grid of services.
We knew that having a website that delivered not only 1 service, like many companies, but up to 4 services meant each service needed to be thought out in detail and what you, the visitor, would be looking for. The most complex part of the new website is offering the 2 way radio hire services. Many people don't know what the difference between all the radios are or what they do. With our Radio Hire Tool we hope that you can find radios suited to your needs with all the confusion taken away for you.
With these problems alone and also at the same time, planning what's happening to the website in future - such as online bookings and purchases, we had to consider these in the early stages now so that later, once things are more established on the website, we can easily add these features in.
Our planning and design has been seen through from start to finish with basic drawings and website flow diagrams and lots and lots of coffee, biscuits and alterations. Thankfully, the process has been taken care of by APX Solutions - a website design company based in Narberth, Pembrokeshire.
The reason for choosing APX Solutions was not only due to the fact we needed a custom built website or CMS Website, but also we wanted to keep things local rather than going to cheaper national web developers - yes things may have been completed quicker but we like to keep things local!.
