Traffic management is an integral part of all events and one which can often be overlooked. We can draft up traffic management drawings and plans to submit to your local highways authorities and police forces to ensure traffic disruption is kept to a minimum.
You will need to ensure your visitors can not only leave the roads safely but you will have a duty to minimise disruption on the public highways around your event.
We can supply event signage and staff to assist car parking and keep the flow of vehicles to and from your event along with cones and traffic management staff.
To comply with the rules of the highways in the UK, we have Chapter 8 compliant vehicle warning lighting (flashing lightbars) including traffic directors to assist with traffic management. Our traffic management staff are trained with traffic signage, traffic lights and guarding of your road closures and diversion routes.
Our event security personnel are also experienced in working alongside the police in a range of situations to ensure your event goes by smoothly.
Our staff are trained and licensed and have years of experience carrying out site surveys & identifying hazards, plus deploying traffic signage, lighting and guarding.
We can also install temporary traffic management signals, including relevant signage or making safe traffic lanes for event traffic.
We offer rental on traffic cones, plastic orange road barriers and a range of temporary event signs. Bespoke signage is also available for your event. Rental plans can be either short or long term and will be deployed by qualified traffic management staff.
